Welcome to Learning Re‑Engineered! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (learning-reengineered.com), services, and digital learning experiences (“Learning Quests”), operated by Learning Re‑Engineered, a DBA of AKology LLC.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We offer:

• Online tutoring sessions

• Self-paced learning activities (“Learning Quests”)

• Educational tools, resources, and consultations

All services are intended for educational purposes only. Results may vary depending on each learner’s participation and effort.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or submit personal information.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and give consent.

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise arranged.

• We accept secure payments through Stripe and may use additional third-party processors.

Refunds:

• Learning Quest League Memberships (and any other digital downloads or subscriptions) are non-refundable due to the instant access nature of digital content.

• For tutoring services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions.
  However, unused prepaid sessions may be eligible for credit or rescheduling at our discretion.

By using our site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information

• Not misuse the site (e.g., by uploading harmful content, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting services)

• Use our educational materials for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise permitted in writing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

All content, including logos, materials, lessons, graphics, videos, and downloadable resources, belongs to Learning Re‑Engineered or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

While we strive to provide helpful, research-backed educational services, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

All content is provided “as is,” and we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, Systeme.io) to operate parts of our service.
These tools have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or content.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

We may update these Terms periodically.
If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or prominent site banner). Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
