CASE STUDIES
These case studies document real instructional work.
Each one examines:
• the decisions that were made
• the science behind those decisions
• what happened as a result
Each one is a window into how Learning Re-Engineered approaches the design of learning.

Testimonials tell you what a family experienced. Case studies tell you how instruction was designed, why those decisions were made, and what the science says about why they produced results.
Every case study published here follows the same standard. The instructional approach is documented, the brain science behind it is explained, and the outcomes are described honestly. Nothing is overclaimed. Nothing is generic.
This case study examines the Knowledge Builder: Foundations of the Kaaba, a brain-based, three-dimensional Islamic history activity built for Learning Quests. It documents how active construction, retrieval practice, and metacognitive reflection were embedded into the design, and what that produced in terms of durable learning.
This case study documents structured, brain-based writing instruction with a student recovering from a stroke. It examines how neurological recovery affects learning, how the instructional approach was designed to respond, and how steady, real progress was built within a consistent routine.
Instruction design shapes learning conditions. Learning progress depends on those conditions. Whether the context is Islamic history, neurological recovery, or any other learning situation, the principle does not change. When instruction is built around how the brain actually learns, students develop real skills. And real skills stay.
Your child has the capacity to grow. Sometimes they just need instruction that is intentional, structured, and responsive to where they are right now. If what you have read here reflects the kind of instruction you have been looking for, the next step is finding the path that fits your child best.
More case studies are in development. Each one will document a different instructional context, different students, different subject areas, different learning situations, all grounded in the same brain-based framework. If you want to follow along as this work grows, subscribe below.
